AC Shadows Introduces Surprising AoT Crossover for Holiday Season
In a unexpected collaboration that defies conventional predictions, Ubisoft has unveiled an in-game partnership between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the popular anime series Attack on Titan. The unexpected Thanksgiving event operates from November 25 through December 22, including no-cost additional story content for Shadows players.
Strange Adventure Disclosed
According to the authorized release, "A strange confrontation draws protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a new adventure, where hints of banned ceremonies and monstrous metamorphoses resonate through the shadows." The narrative presents a "strangely garbed woman named Ada" who tasks the characters with venturing into the Crystal Cave—a important location from Attack on Titan—to save her companion from a secret group.
The adventure concentrates on "bizarre trials and a fearsome adversary" and is open to all players who have unlocked the Yasuke character.
Familiar Places and Changes
The teaser features the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was previously where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through generations. The trailer ends with a powerful moment showing a character, likely the prisoner, changing into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
Exclusive Items and Extra Content
Players who finish the adventure will acquire an exclusive katana in addition to numerous objects hidden throughout the area in hidden chests. The update also includes in-store Attack on Titan item packs, offering:

Latest Free Story Addition
